Bootcamp is adapted to be a fat burning class.  The instructor uses a circuit style workout to provide a full body training.  You may use several pieces of equipment or you may use only your body weight.  It is a HITT workout, high and low intensity periods for the most effective training for body transformation.

Level: any, modifications for any exercise are available.
