This class will alternate cardio with circuits of resistance training.   The cardio portion will be on the step and then we will alternate to resistance and core training.   Any level can do this class because you can add risers or not.   It's great mixup from regular bootcamp.  It is not a regular step class.   It's a perfect mix of both.
